Marlene Ferreira pastored a White Dutch Reformed Congregation in South Africa. Her stance against “apartheid”/segregation created an emotional conflict that transcended borders through newspaper headlines, magazine articles, a TV documentary, and word of mouth, forcing everyone involved to come to terms with the Great I AM and His heart for all people. For the last 20 years she has been involved in different leadership roles at Grace Covenant Church, Roanoke VA where she currently serves as Director of Pastoral Care. Her passion and calling is to minister healing to brokenness and to help facilitate unity in the body of Christ and in communities.
